About us

Two teams saw the same gap from opposite sides.

Founders were stuck with messy, expensive equity records. We built CertiVere to change that.

Recurved helps startups plan, forecast and get ready to raise. Sandra and her team kept running into the same problem: strong companies slowed down by messy ownership records, costly clean-up before every round, and no good way to bring in smaller backers.

Liquid Mercury had spent years building institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure, including tokenization and digital registry technology. Tony and the team knew the technology could solve those problems, but tokenization had been priced and packaged for large issuers.

In 2026 the two companies met and saw the fit right away. Recurved brings the founders and verified company data. Liquid Mercury brings the technology. CertiVere brings them together, so a growing company gets an investor-ready equity record at a fraction of the legacy cost.

Leadership

The people behind CertiVere

Two serial founders with decades of experience in startups and capital markets.

Tony Saliba

Co-founder, CertiVere · Founder and CEO, Liquid Mercury

Tony has spent more than four decades building markets and the businesses that serve them. He started in 1979 on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange, was elected to the CBOE Board of Directors in 1987, and later served on the board of the Chicago Stock Exchange. He is the only options trader profiled in Jack Schwager's classic book Market Wizards.

From the trading floor, Tony went on to build the firms that train, connect and serve today's options markets. He founded International Trading Institute, which created the first options trading simulator and has trained traders in more than 22 countries. He then built LiquidPoint into an options execution and technology firm, which ConvergEx Group acquired in 2007. Along the way he co-founded Efficient Capital Management and founded Matrix Holding Group and Fortify Technologies. In 2019 the industry recognized his career with the U.S. Options Lifetime Contribution Award. Tony has also written several books on trading, including Managing Expectations.

Today he leads Liquid Mercury, the Chicago-based institutional digital asset infrastructure company whose technology powers CertiVere. He holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University and serves on the boards of several foundations.

Sandra Gault

Co-founder, CertiVere · Founder and CEO, Recurved

Sandra is a serial entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience building businesses, raising capital and bringing new technology to market. She began her career in corporate roles at Kodak, where she was an executive, and IBM.

In 2014 she co-founded a 3D imaging technology company and served as its CEO. Its proprietary scanning and fit algorithms turned precise measurements into made-to-measure products. The company was accepted into Google's accelerator program, was covered by Fast Company, CNBC and Quartz, and raised capital through an equity crowdfunding round. Sandra also pitched it to Tim Draper as a finalist on Meet the Drapers. She knows firsthand what it takes to plan, pitch and fund a growing company.

Today she is Founder and CEO of Recurved, an AI-powered planning and forecasting platform that connects a company's CRM, accounting and ERP data into a live plan, giving founders and their investors one current source of truth. She holds a business degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Rochester's Simon School.
